Cancellation in short
- Tours, transfers, photoshoots and boats: free cancellation up to 48 hours before.
- Multi-day tours: free cancellation up to 14 days before.
- New Year’s Eve and Carnival: the deposit is not refundable after confirmation.
- One free date change with 48 hours’ notice, if the provider has another date.
- If the provider cannot deliver: a replacement or a full deposit refund.
- Weather or force majeure: a new date or a full deposit refund.

Frequently asked questions
Do you plan trips for just two people?
Yes. These pages are for couples, families, friends and solo travelers, and every tour, transfer and activity is private to your party. For groups of about 10 people and more, see our groups page.
Do you run the tours yourselves?
No. We pick a vetted local provider for each part of the trip, build the plan and stay your one contact. You learn who the provider is when the booking is confirmed.
Will the guide speak my language?
We find a guide who speaks your language and confirm it in the proposal. Our team answers in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Do we pay anything before we confirm?
No. Terms and payment are set out in the proposal, and you pay nothing before you confirm. Online payment is not available on the site.
Can we cancel?
Tours, transfers, photoshoots and boats can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before, and multi-day tours up to 14 days before. For New Year's Eve and Carnival the deposit is not refundable after confirmation.
