How it works

  1. You send a request. Dates, the number of people, the cities and the services you need are enough to start. Write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email.
  2. We send a proposal within 24 hours. It lists the program, what each service includes, the price, our deposit and the payment terms.
  3. You confirm, and only then do we book the providers and send you their details. You pay nothing before this step.
  4. We stay in touch during the trip. The same contact on our team follows the group from arrival to departure and sorts out any change with the providers.

What we arrange

Our base is Rio de Janeiro. In other Brazilian destinations we arrange programs through local providers there.

  • Receptive services for travel agencies: transfers, guides, coaches and day programs for your clients. See For travel agencies.
  • Group programs for companies, friends and families, weddings and proposals, and cruise groups. See Group trips.
  • New Year’s Eve on Copacabana (December 31, 2026) and Carnival (Special Group nights at the Sambadrome on February 7, 8 and 9, 2027) for groups. See New Year’s Eve in Rio and Rio Carnival.
  • Transfers between Galeão and Santos Dumont airports, the cruise terminal, hotels and other cities. See Group transfers.
  • Guides for city tours and day trips.
  • Accommodation for the whole group.
  • Events: private dinners, venues, boat trips, and the logistics around weddings and proposals.

We do not run tours ourselves. Local guides, drivers, coach companies, boat operators and venues that we have checked deliver the services, and for groups of 50 people and more we work together with a large local receptive partner.

Frequently asked questions

Do you organise trips for couples and families, not only groups?

Yes. We plan private trips for two people, families and friends: airport transfers, private tours, day trips, honeymoons and longer routes across Brazil. Start on our private trips page.

Do you run the tours yourselves?

No. We coordinate vetted local providers such as guides, drivers, coach companies, boat operators and venues, and you deal only with us.

How fast do we get a proposal?

Within 24 hours of your request. A person from our team replies the same working day; we work from 8:00 to 20:00 Rio de Janeiro time, and you can write at any hour.

Do we pay anything before we confirm?

No. Terms and payment are set out in the proposal, and you pay nothing before you confirm.

What languages do you work in?

English, Spanish and Portuguese. For tours, we find guides who speak your group's language.

How large can a group be?

We arrange trips for groups from about 10 people. For groups of 50 and more we work with a large local receptive partner, and you still deal only with us.
